Peter G Vosser
Senior Partner

Peter G. Vosser has over 25 yrs experience in the construction industry, establishing his own consultancy practice in 1986. He is a graduate of Guilford County College of Technology, obtaining the City and Guilds Construction Technicians Certifications 1 and 2, “A” Level Building, H.N.D. in Construction Law, Land Surveying, Economic and Quantitative Analysis, Economics of Industry, Materials and Environmental Science and Principal of Management and Construction. I.O.B. Final Part 2. His background and experience includes all aspects of monitoring surveying, expert witness relating to monitoring, quantity surveying, general contracting, development, specialist and domestic sub-contracting and design work. He is a member of the chartered institute of builders.

Whilst being very detailed orientated, Peter never loses sight that frequently the answer to many problems is found in the big picture. His strong background in commercial construction aids in his realisation that solutions need to be identified and brought to fruition swiftly.

Peter’s management style is borne from the understanding that it is better to lead by example rather than drive by criticism and highlighting failure. His paramount goal is to ensure that his client’s individual requirements are fully understood and fulfilled.

Jane Cullison Vosser, ASID
Interior Designer

Jane Cullison Vosser, has nearly 20 years of experience in the Interior Design Industry. As a graduate of Florida State University, she holds a Master’s Degree in Interior Design. Jane has been licensed in the State of Florida since 1989 and is a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID).

Jane is a highly organized and detail-oriented designer, well versed in dealing with all of the necessary trades involved in the design and construction process. As an Interior Design Consultant, she is committed to creating individualized, unique and functional designs to meet her client’s needs. She is dedicated to open communication, reliable service and building a collaborative design partnership with all of her clients.

She has established a reputation for providing a pleasant and hassle-free experience reflected by her repeat clients and their referrals. Her primary goal is a design that works functionally as well as aesthetically. Her ability to zero in on a design challenge and creatively solve it saves her clients both time and money.

Mike Quinlan
Senior Surveyor

Mike Quinlan has over 25 years experience in Residential Development, having held Senior Management positions for several major housebuilders including Barratt and Taylor Woodrow.

Mike graduated from Guildford County College of Technology with CIOB Pts I & II Certificates in Construction Technology.

Mike also has experience in smaller development companies, as a Director of Princegate Estates. He was responsible for planning, technical, commercial and production aspects of developments.

His extensive knowledge of all aspects of residential development from planning through to completion adds a valuable asset to the P G Vosser & Associates team.

Grant Marshall
Technical Consultant

Grant Marshall has over 25 yrs experience in the construction industry and specialises in finding structural solutions and ensuring compliance with Building Regulations. Grant graduated from Guildford County College of Technology with City and Guilds Construction Technicians Certs 1 and 2. “A” level Building, Maths, Science and Design and H.N.C. in Building Structural Design.

Formerly employed with Scott, Brownrigg, & Turner, Grant’s background and experience involves many prestigious projects with some of the major players in the structural design world. Grant is well versed in sustainable design and development as well as SAP and BREEAM Ratings.

Grant prides himself on being able to propose innovative structural solutions within architectural, planning, interior design and associated technical services.

Anthony (Tony) Bockhart
Quantity Surveyor

Tony Bockhart has over 25 yrs experience in the construction Industry. He is a graduate of Technical Trade College, Durban, South Africa and Natal Technikon, Durban, South Africa, obtaining qualification in Quantity Surveying.

His background includes experience as a Building & Civil Engineer Surveyor for PFi Schemes for the MoD and as a Commercial/Project Manager. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and the SA Association of Quantity Surveyors (Corporate Member). Tony also holds membership 0n the South African Estate Agents Board.

Tony’s amiable personality engenders a positive and meaningful relationship with his clients

Peter Brown
Project Manager and Surveyor

Peter Brown has experience in management and the planning of a variety of projects within the civil service and also on secondment to the private sector. He has an in depth knowledge of running and co-ordinating projects, administering, property management, health and safety, business development, risk analysis and financial management planning in the public sector.

Arriving from the Ministry of Defence in 2006, he joined P G Vosser & Associates in late 2007. He was more recently the Business Development Manager for the Princes Trust (South East.) He was the project co-ordinator for the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) at HMS NELSON in Portsmouth, an accommodation replacement project, and for the Business Re-engineering project at the Defence Clothing Agency in Bicester.

His excellent communication, negotiation and team skills brings the right level of knowledge, experience and personality to the Client and the Team.
